1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "n78et", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the n78et online betting platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "You", "Your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the n78et platform and services.
• "Platform", "Website", "Service" refers to the n78et online betting platform accessible at https://n78et.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User to access and use n78et services.
• "Funds", "Balance" refers to the monetary value held in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bet", "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a gaming product offered through the n78et platform, including sports betting, casino games, lottery draws, and other gambling activities.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by n78et to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use an n78et Account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling prohibition list.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an n78et Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Maintain only one Account. Multiple Accounts registered to the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify n78et immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification

n78et reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

n78et accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.
• Maximum deposit limits are determined based on your Account verification level and VIP tier status.
• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• n78et does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposit processing times vary by method: bank transfers typically process within 2-15 minutes during business hours; e-wallet deposits process instantly.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits are determined based on your Account verification level and VIP tier status.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your n78et Account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending document review.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 5 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (09:00-23:00 WIB), excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
• n78et reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal requests or suspicious activity patterns.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

n78et maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international gaming regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets, may result in Account investigation, suspension, or closure. n78et cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crimes and will report suspicious activities as required by applicable law.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the n78et website or communicated via email.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple Accounts or exploiting software errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and Account closure.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets at odds below 1.75 may not contribute.
• Maximum bet limits apply while clearing bonus wagering requirements, typically Rp 50,000 per bet or spin. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void bonus funds and winnings.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

n78et reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if bonus abuse is suspected. Only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their use on the n78et platform. Incomplete wagering requirements at bonus expiry will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after acceptance.
• n78et reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• In the event of obvious errors (palpable errors) in odds, n78et reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and Account status.
• n78et accepts no liability for bets that fail to be placed due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other factors beyond our control.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to specific sport rules published on our website. Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules due to the dynamic nature of live odds. n78et reserves the right to suspend betting on any event or market without notice.

5.3 Casino and Lottery Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical long-term return, not guaranteed short-term results. For lottery games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), results are determined by official draws from the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). n78et has no control over draw outcomes and publishes results as received from official sources.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Collusion with other players or coordinated betting patterns.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
• Arbitrage betting or taking advantage of odds discrepancies between platforms.
• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Engaging in fraudulent or dishonest conduct of any kind.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting n78et customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance within 30 days. After this period, n78et reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from dormant Account balances. 6.2 n78et-Initiated Suspension or Closure

n78et reserves the right to suspend or close your Account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns.
• Use of multiple Accounts or Account sharing.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in prohibited betting activities or bonus abuse.
• Breach of responsible gaming policies, including underage gambling.

In the event of Account closure for Terms violation, n78et reserves the right to forfeit Account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. Legitimate balances from non-violating activities will be returned after investigation completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the n78et platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the exclusive property of n78et or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the n78et platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n78et, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the n78et platform or services.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content, odds, or game results.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Loss of winnings, deposits, or other funds due to factors beyond our control.
• Third-party conduct, including but not limited to other players or payment processors.

Your use of n78et services is entirely at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. n78et does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of n78et services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under Indonesian law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against n78et.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n78et is licensed, without regard to conflict of law provisions. To the extent that local Indonesian law applies, you acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legal grey area in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where n78et is licensed.

11. Amendments to Terms

n78et reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
